Jan Maloff and a dedicated team of volunteers have run this program since 1997, starting with a single donation drop-off and growing into one of Central New York's most meaningful community traditions.
What began as a simple idea — collect donated bikes, repair them, give them away — has put nearly 3,000 bikes under trees each December.
